I spoke with your boss or you this morningI wrote his name and number down and I told him to give me a couple of hours to figure this all out and to find out why my second technician with the airbag never went outRoadShield got the tire job done and that's why we collected the paymentBut I am
still in the process of reaching out to the technicianI told the gentleman to give me a couple of hours and that I would have this resolved at the end of the dayThis was roughly around 1030am this morningWe are a reputable established roadside assistance company, who handle the fleet accounts for some of the largest corporations in the United States and Canada such as *** *** *** *** *** *** & several othersI am a little taken back by the fact I asked for a couple of hours to get this all straightened out and get the full storyI did say that I will have this resolved by the end of the day and you will be refunded for the work that was not providedPlease feel free to call the office and speak with Russel or MikeI apologize for any inconvenience that mite have occurred but I can assure you this will be settled and resolved by the end of the day

I spoke to mike last week and he assured me I would receive my refund check by the end of last week well that didn't happen I never received itMike sent me a text today of a check that had the wrong name and the wrong amount my name is Otis jones Sr not Otis Jackson and the amount he owes me is $not $I gave mike a deposit for $from my credit card and a com datacheck for$minus $my check should be $look I've been inconvenience and charged for a service I didn't receive all I want is my correct refund so we can both move onI am willing to pay the over night fee I don't want it sent regular mail which will take another week so please cancel the check you sent me which was incorrect and send me out a new one with the correct name and correct amount that's all I want

I spoke to *** *** on 4/*/and sent out a check through the postal serviceAfter talking to *** *** the check was written in the wrong name for the wrong amountI spoke with *** *** again this morning and wrote out a check for $and will be sending the check VIA *** overnightI will be going to my bank and canceling the previous check sent out and *** *** agreed to writing return to sender on that envelope*** *** will have his refund by tomorrow
