The service was not provided as guaranteed on the contract
On May 27th my wife called Roadside Masters and filed a claimBecause we had two options to call for towing or mechanic we choose wait until next business day to call for a towing
Because it was Memorial Day weekend we were available to call for the service only on Tuesday on May 29th,
Because I don't speak English very well my wife does all the calls
She made a claim and told the dispatcher that I don't speak English and they have any further questions they have to contact her
One hour after she contacted Roadside Masters again and found out that claim was cancelled because I told them that my truck is driveable
In that point, I was sitting on the side of I-for two days waiting until I could been towed to closest Volvo dealership
After I was told, that I have to pay for towing service because I told them that I can drive on my truck
My wife called them and tried to explain all the citations, why we have to

I paid for a membership and when I called in to use it they told me I didn't have a membership, It took road master months to figure out I was a member, my complaint is when I called in to use my membership to be pulled because my truck was down, I was told I has NO membership so I had to pay for the tow, once road master figured out I was a member they told me to fill out an reimbursement form that road master sent me and to send the original bill, so I filled the reimbursement paper out and mailed it to road master with the original receipt, this was sent by mail on OCT.9,to you road master and still I have not received my reimbursementCould I please help me get my money back please, I paid for a year services up front, it wasn't my fault it took road master months to find my account, I have done my part could you please, help me,this has been going on months and it suppose to been to weeks to get it back,every-time I call I get a run around with them, I have ta

In calls, Roadside Masters has not provided any services but asserts that even if services are not provided a claim has been filed
I called Roadside Masters on 9/26/requesting mobile mechanic service which is covered benefit# per the membership handbookI was told by Ernesto that we were ineligible for this service under line of excluded services which states "Excessive claims for covered services(This will result in cancellation and possibly non-renewal of the membership)Excessive use is defined as using three services within a 3-month period."
According to *** because we had called requesting services twice before, and even though no services were provided, because the requests were non covered services, the calls themselves were considered claimsHowever, line explicitly states "excessive claims for COVERED SERVICES" so if those calls were related to NON COVERED SERVICES then those calls should not count as claims against this account and we should have

Signed up for service, was told to pay for roadside and tow then get reimbursed, never received reimbursement
Seem's like multiple people are having the same issue of signing up for a membership, being promised benefits and getting stuck with the short end of the stick When we called in, they sent us roadside assistance which ended up costing us over $12k, regardless, we were told we would be reimbursed for our roadside and tow, and over months later and calls, no reimbursement, no returned calls, and we have to seek legal action against them as well
