Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: What they were told was that I had my window replaced over years ago, and there was never a problem The heat is not the cause of the break in my windshield because it didnt come off cleanly, which is what it would have done if there was a problem with the glue I had different glass repair companies saying the same thing, that someone had to hit it hard for it to break like it did So the solution they were offering was not a reasonable one It's was very hard to get a hold of the owner, and he was not very pleasant We even offered to go to a 3rd party neither of us had dealt with for their suggestion, and they refused because their person was right I've already paid $to fix my windshield, I do not wish to deal with this company anymore, and I will not take back my complaint It's only fair to let others know about how the management handles issues Sincerely, [redacted]

have done if there was a problem with the glue.  I had 4 different glass repair companies saying the same thing, that someone had to hit it hard for it to break like it did.  So the solution they were offering was not a reasonable one.  It's was very hard to get a hold of the owner, and he was not very pleasant.  We even offered to go to a 3rd party neither of us had dealt with for their suggestion, and they refused because their person was right.  I've already paid $287 to fix my windshield, I do not wish to deal with this company anymore, and I will not take back my complaint.  It's only fair to let others know about how the management handles issues.
