RoadHouse NYC Gentleman's Club & Sports Cabaret

Review: I am not sure if this is strictly a customer service issue. It could fall under a contracts or other issue as well. With that said, allow me to describe the issue. Roadhouse was having a special event that allowed you to purchase tickets to online at a discounted rate and guaranteed admission. So I purchased two tickets per the deal. When I reached the venue, I was told that two other gentleman had already used my tickets and that I was reusing theirs in an attempt to fraudulently get in. I told them that there must be a mistake and that I can prove I was the true purchaser of the tickets because my name was on them and that I had the email confirmation on my phone under my name. As a result, the woman at the front dest told me if I gave her my phone and tickets she would take it to the manager to confirm and on how to proceed. I did so. She then returned to the front window and reiterated what she told me earlier. She added that if I had a problem I could leave. I said what did your manager say? She said "He doesn't want to deal with you right now and you will get thrown our if you continue this behavior." I responded "Ma'am, I would just like to speak with him and possibly work something out." She threatened to have me thrown out and that's when the bouncers approached. They, however, were very polite and suggested to pay in cash (for the full amount) and put a stop on my online payment. Which is what I did. In conclusion, I ended up paying for twice for four tickets. (once discounted once full price) I would like to warn other patrons not to purchase any tickets online or to even attend this establishment.Desired Settlement: I would like a verbal apology from the manager, an explanation of why he could not accommodate me and an explanation of why he would not speak to me when requested.

I am 1 of the principal owners of Roadhouse NYC. I would like to say how shocked I am of your treatment at the hands of 1 of my former employees. I say former because unbeknownst to me at the time, the manager in question was quitting at the end of the next day. Apparently he had given up any attempt to fulfill his duties and was just going through the motions until payday. Needless to say he is no longer a part of this company. I however would like to extend my deepest apology to you. I am very sorry that somehow someone did use your pre-purchased tickets (I do not know how) and you were treated without the utmost attention and respect that we teach all of our employees to deploy. Once again I wish to express my sincere apologies to you. Should there be anyway that I may be of assistance please don't hesitate to call upon me.
