We have been nothing but professional and respectful with the PersonI sent an employee to retrieve what she has claimed to be water damagedand or wetof the items she let us have which is not even half of what she is claiming I can find no water damage stains or issue with any of the items she sent backI feel this has become a scam by the homeowner to get money she has been seeking from others and we gave her an excuse to do so I am not disputing the claim that the boxes were wet not am I trying to pass blame on anyone elseBut in order for a claim that we ruined her belonging to be true , THE BELONGING HAVE TO IN FACT BE RUINED they are not in the caseWe have over pictures of pre existing damage to her furniturethe furniture was not well kept and some of it was painted over in an attempt to alter the original finishI am stating that there is a new scratch to her dresser about inches long and it appears to have happened during the drive back in the truckwhat I am stating is she is telling it is ruined because of the scratch put on while in our care but all the others scratches it had on it before we took it don't matterwhere is the sense in thatAs for her bed same goes we have pictures to show the damage to it before we took itshe wants it replaced because it has new damage caused while in our carebottom line is thisThis person is trying to say all damaged caused by her family is OK but a scratch caused by us is reason to do thisI have over text messages where she has called me every name possible and has repeatedly tried to rub my face in it, regarding this issueI have stay extremely professional and respectful while I have allowed this because she apparently needs to feel better by attacking me personally I wrote her a check for the amount she claimed to be with out questionand she has now scammed me out of most of the money because she did not produce all the items she claimedshe has only produced $worth of items she s claiming while she has been able to pocket $I ask you who is cheating who hear
