I am sorry you feel that way because you are the only onewe have been in business for along time and everyone usually leaves happy we provided you with excellent service for a reasonable price we reattached your door & nothing else we did not take your door apart or completely off your car

We did not do anything with the wiring we reattached your door that was hanging off we did not break your wiring the price we charge you was for reattaching the door

You could still open and close the doorThe boot was attachedand the wire was not damaged at drop off when car was inspected.When I picked up the car *** *** did not explain anything to me about the door he was no where in site.The man at the front desk had to get him for me, so he was not at the car to explain anything to me regarding the door or the damage they did. I was not yelling at him but talking to him about the door damage and the wire and my passenger side window they broke.What did he explain to me about the damage I would like to know?

Mrs *** I charged you for reattaching your door to your carWe did not take you door apart , we reattached it & aligned the doorIf we took your door completely apart I could see where we could of possibly done something wrongAlso looking at your invoice from *** your wiring was repaired in the wiring was not replaced it was repaired which means other wires could be fragile and could break easilybut remember I only charge you for reattaching your door

When the car came in the door was falling off the car we did not touch the wiring on the door, we did not take the door apart.We also only charged her for putting the door back on. When she came back in she started yelling and telling us we broke the wiring in her car. I tried to explain to her...

what exactly we did to her car for repairs but she would not listen to me.

It has nothing to do with the door panel and he knows that. It was the rubber boot that has the one wire that he broke and pulled that boot socket out. The boot was not like that when I dropped it off and the window was working fine too before hand. The others wires did not break, so I have no idea what he is talking about. He pulled the door when fixing it and that is why that wire and boot where off and broke.C&L,[redacted] and [redacted] were very rude to me; and did not help me role my window bake up or fix the wire that they told me they would look at the next day that they broke. I would not use this Auto Repair service ever again.The service is bad and they do not keep there word.

[redacted]  When they put the pins and bushings in my door they disconnected the wire and broke it.[redacted] says he reattached the door and when he did that he broke the wire and pulled out the boot.I am not satisfied at all with this auto service-C&L. I was left with a window broken; and my window could not go up or down when I picked up my car. It left me with a window that could not go back up and now I had to figure out how to get this problem solved since he refused to fixwhat he had broke. Again this occured when he was doing my door and he takes no responsibility for it.
