Unfortunately, due to having a very busy summer and many demands upon our time we were not able to get work done in a timely manner for the customer. The owner and operations manager were not...

aware that there was a strict time urgency to the completing the work until the customer said don't complete work. We did pull a permit [redacted] from the County of Bernalillo. We did complete other work for customer that will not be specified. We were not able to complete the adjustment to the work because the customer would not let us enter property.After speaking with customer I decided to return the full amount of customers money via Certified US Mail. We decided to give her the water heater at no charge.
