We purchased a metal carport from Road Runner Carports through *** in *** PA on 10/9/19. We ordered a metal roof, Rawhide in color from Road Runner Carports pamphlet given to us to select color from color swatches on paper pamphlet. Color we received resembles more like Pebble Beige on pamphlet, which is no where close to color swatch of Rawhide which we ordered. Upon installation I requested they take back and return with correct color. They reused our request and wanted to totally remove structure that they just installed. My only request is that Road runner Carports install the roof color medium/dark brown roof we requested at no additional cost. Road runner Carports said they would install "correct" color, but we would need to pay for material. We already paid in full for carport with wrong color and don't feel we should pay again for their pamphlet misrepresentation.

I understand that you ordered rawhide but the color isn’t the shade you wanted it’s not the company’s fault that the customer chose the wrong color on the contract.customer should have chosen earth brown.we are trying to solve the issue but the customer chose color and signed the contract and verified colors.
I am rejecting this response because:
Response to Road Runner;
We still feel company is responsible for color error as the color chip on their pamphlet is wrong. How would we know to order Earth Brown? If they knew Rawhide has such a discrepancy on pamphlets why didn’t they verify actual color we wanted. Actually, is Earth Brown, or is it pink. According to there pamphlet how would you be sure. Rawhide looked brown on pamphlet we were given, just a lighter shade of brown.
