Roadrunner Financial

Roadrunner updated their method of payment shortly after I entered into a contract with them. The system caused my payments to be late even when I sent them on time. I had to follow up constantly to make sure my credit was not negatively affected. Then, they have not updated my credit correctly to reflect my 100% on time history for both of their payment systems, even though I have contacted them numbers times. They regard my account as unimportant. I have to contact them to make sure my information is correct regarding insurance and item finance because the representative who entered such data did not do so correctly. Today when I attempted to submit payment for my contract, I was bombarded with another fee of which I was not informed of previously. When I called, I was told the fee is due to all of the business RoadRunner is receiving causing them to have to change vendors. The new vendor in turn charges a payment fee that is being passed on to clients. I attempted to enroll in auto-payments. I will miss the payment deadline and now be forced to make the new payment fee or have a late payment status on my record due to the negligence of RoadRunner and the solitary option they provide and the notice they lacked to provide customers. Agents are conflicting in policies they share with clients as well.
