Terrible company with terrible service!

They do the minimum work and will put the blame back on you when there is an issue. I had too many issues to list here and finally fired them.

I found out after I hired a responsible company that they used cellulose instead of DE and my filter was almost shot. They didn't backwash on a regular basis and pool would start looking cloudy. Baskets weren't emptied on a regular basis and I could go on and on. The owner would come out on occasion after I called and complained and he seriously tried to put it back on me and that it was something I did or didn't do! I pay a little more now but don't have the aggravation and get actually great service. The money I paid to roadrunner for their lousy service was still too much for the shoddy work they did.

This is the most horrible company I have ever dealt with! Had my pool pump replaced by them a year ago. Last weekend it stopped working and we called to have them come take a look. 3 days passed no phone call so we called again. They said the next day someone would call with a time they would be there. They showed up without calling and we were not home. They called us after leaving and said they would be back the next day after 3pm and never showed. Today 6 days after my initial call, I called again and asked it someone could come out ASAP and explained my concerns about the situation, not calling and the no show. The man who answered the phone, [redacted], called me a liar and hung up on me. My husband then called and asked to speak with a manager. The same guy answered and proceeded to be extremely rude and condescending. At this point he request the owner and was hung up on. 10 minutes later we get a call from the manager from a private number who states he is the manager and asked "who do you think you are? You need psychological help!" This is a horrible company. Please spare yourself the aggravation.

I have had several issues with this company throughout the few years I have been using them. I have asked to speak with the manager/owner [redacted]" several times and have been told by the employees they will handle my issues directly. However nothing has been resolved. They have lied several times about who services my pool when I have an issue, who I am speaking with by telephone or in person, and they have promised to make repairs which are still outstanding. They are very rude in person and by phone, and continually "pass the buck" when there is an issue. They also do not perform the full weekly services I pay for - they drop chlorine tabs and leave without any other equipment checks, basket cleaning, or testing the water. When I purchased a brand new pool brush and net, my brand new items were replaced with old, worn, and broken ones. When I attempted to discuss this with them they declined and said they would service my pool however will not discuss any concerns with me. Ironically their website boasts customer service, however this is very inconsistent with their rude and negative behavior. Customer service skills are non-existent and they do not complete paid for services.
