Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below MrB***'s response states there was no advertising, yet his rebuttal is incongruous to say the leastHe writes, "the advertisements stated that the ticket price includes HOSPITALITY [redacted] WITH ALL YOU CAN DRINK ALCOHOL." This is 100% true and accurateThis is what was promotedI concurHe then proceeds and goes on to completely contradict himself uttering that we could, "drink 'open' BEFORE the dinner party and then AFTER the party?" There was NO time restrictions advertised ANYWHERE! "All you can drink" and you will not be provided even one beverage (alcoholic or otherwise) during the actual "main" event is NOT REMOTELY the same thingThis "party" is then an all you can NOT drink event.Let me iterate this yet again, this was a NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATIONWe researched options for over a week, coordinated our large party and transportation, selected this venue based on the value advertised and the claims of "ALL YOU CAN DRINK ALCOHOLI can not impress enough the vast difference between "ALL YOU CAN DRINK" and you can drink before (which we had not even arrived yet) and drink W [redacted] after a.mThis is NOT the celebration we signed up for! I will further add that their "after-hours" party was severely understaffed (bartenders for 340+ people) and could not remotely handle the crowdThe claim of "'open' after party" is bogusOnce again "all you can drink" even at 1:a.mis mere propaganda and once again "all you can NOT drink. While nice of MrB [redacted] to apologize for any "misunderstanding," this is not a case of thatIt is not a case of MY confusion or MY misconception, this is a case of MISREPRESENTATION by Roadrunner ProductionsInteresting too, that MrB [redacted] feels it is reasonable and fair to statheir "NO REFUND policy" yet not of their numerous marketing campaigns (attached) falsifying what was actually included their "bring your New Year in with a BANG" eventNo "BANG." To whom it may concern, Once again we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding and we are sorry that they were unsatisfied with their experience at the event, but they did participate at the event. Roadrunner Productions has given many events like this one and many other types of events over many years, and one of the things at we have always had to deal with is that, there is always someone who find something wrong with the event or didn’t like something about the event, and then want to request a refund, sometime before for the event or after the event. This is the reason for the NO REFUND policy and we feel it is reasonable and fair to stand-by this policy, because out of almost 400 people, you are the only ones that have requested refund and file a complaint about this event. Once again we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding and we are sorry that you were unsatisfied with your experience at the event, but there will be no refunds. Sincerely, Michael T. B[redacted]  CEO of Roadrunner Productions
