LOL half of those fans were not even running! When Ryan came by he asked why did his "it"

Now I I see it must have been to get one over on me and the insurance company So we are definitely turning this in to the fraud dept as well
Again, no records yet as promised that we could provide with insurantce! I was promised y'all would fix the holes that y'all drilledand it's not my problem y'all didn't bill for the roof repairs, y'all hadpeople come to my house and get on my roof and told me it was fixed Ryan does not respond now Why in the word does road runner think it took so long for us to get insurance money! They never provided documents as promised!
Please see attached invoicing for this member. As you can see he was only billed for 3 days of equipment as he stated he should have been - please note when it says 6 each that means 2 fans for 3 days in that room. If it says 3 each that means there was only 1 fan in that room for 3 days...
therefore he was only charged for 3 days for all of the equipment in the home. Please see photos with DH's in his home. Please note from the invoicing that we also did not bill for a DH in his garage as he should not have been billed - they do sometimes place a dh in the garage when there are contents that can be dried. Also please see in the invoice we DID NOT bill for the repair of a roof or the repair of the cabinets. We did not do reconstruction work at the home we only did mitigation services and clearly our invoice did not include any charges for. Also we have any records that he might need on this claim and they were emailed to him back in June of this year. This complaint appears to be in retaliation of us trying to collect on the services we preformed for over 3 months and finally having to send an intent to lien. This member also signed a COS attached. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything further. We have many more photos and documents to upload but it will only allow us 4 attachments.
