the circumstances, we rescheduled Memorial Day Weekend for several guests. We sent their confirmation letter via e-mail which clearly states our policy: "If you cancel under 30 days prior to your reservation your deposit is non refundable. All holiday reservations are non refundable during any time of cancellation." This letter was sent to the [redacted]s for their Memorial Day reservation and again for their July reservation. Mrs. [redacted] called the day prior to their expected arrival date of 31 July to cancel yet again. July and August are our busiest time of the year, we were fully booked and had turned away dozens of requests for site stays at our RV Resort. The [redacted]s' had a premium site on the river reserved. We were unable to book this site at such late notice. This was explained to the [redacted]s and we re-sent the confirmation letter that they had received on two previous occasions.  They responded with anger and threats, including calling the Revdex.com and putting up signs throughout our town with the intent to discredit us. When speaking with Mr. [redacted] later in the day, he responded in the same aggressive and angry manner as his wife.
