Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response: Very disappointed in phone conversation between my father [redacted] and Sr the ownerYes, I [redacted] gave permission to [redacted] my father to talk with SR owner of Roadrunner transmission because I was at workSR the owner of Roadrunner transmission was very rude and didn't give my father [redacted] seconds to talkSR the owner said that I got that Transmission for free and that [redacted] should have never paid for that transmissionMy father began to tell SR that he was the professional and that he should have known if damage was due to [redacted] or notSR the owner replied [redacted] YOU [redacted] ***SR the owner even admitted to [redacted] that yes the damage to Corvette transmission was done due to [redacted] employee that abused the carSo now I'm finding out that SR the owner is admitting to FRAUDMy father [redacted] was threatened by SR the owner that he would take his gloves off and that we should have never gone to the Revdex.comSR threatened my father [redacted] we should have never opened a can of wormsI'm in fear for my family's life now and constantly looking out the window for fear SR or someone he might know will hurt me [redacted] or my familyThe family and I have been forced to hire security for our household due to SR's threatI have no more to say other then I will see SR and Road Runner Transmission in court Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

aggressive complaining to *** ***Customer had Roadrunner Transmissions perform workCustomer picked up vehicle satisfied. We did a good jobAs always we ask customers to keep an eye out for leaks as leaks may occurMinor leaksNow this is a hot Corvette high performance car, one can lose control going over curbs, speed bumps, etc., because of low profile vehicle can bottom out causing impact to transmission oil pan which can cause leakNow we explained this could be a possibility without accusing but we did attempt to stop minor leak which is very minorAfter attempting to stop leak at least twice, we suspected the transmission pan may be warped due to impact, as the leak was not there when vehicle left the first timeCustomer has always been seen and we addressed the issueCustomer may have dropped in without an appointment at a time when no lifts were availableWe have told him that we will continue to do our best to stop leak and for him to make an appointment with us to work on vehicle, but he refuses by demanding minor leak to be fixed right now immediatelyTo whom it may concern, all customer has to do is bring in vehicle and we will get to it as soon as possible and be patient until we get it done satisfactory.Thank you,Max P*** Roadrunner Transmissions Inc

transmission because I was at work. SR the owner of Roadrunner transmission was
very rude and didn't give my father [redacted] 2 seconds to talk. SR the owner
said that I got that Transmission for free and that [redacted] should have
never paid for that transmission. My father began to tell SR that he was the
professional and that he should have known if damage was due to [redacted]
or not. SR the owner replied [redacted] YOU [redacted]. SR the owner even admitted
to [redacted] that yes the damage to 99 Corvette transmission was done due to
[redacted] employee that abused the car. So now I'm finding out that SR the
owner is admitting to FRAUD. My father [redacted] was threatened by SR the
owner that he would take his gloves off and that we should have never gone to
the Revdex.com. SR threatened my father [redacted] we should have never opened a can
of worms. I'm in fear for my family's life now and constantly looking out the
window for fear SR or someone he might know will hurt me [redacted] or my
family. The family and I have been forced to hire security for our household
due to SR's threat. I have no more to say other then I will see SR and Road
Runner Transmission in court.
