Review: I found an unauthorized charge on my account from this business for $39.95 that was applied on 6/20/13. There was a phone number beside the charge and I called. After a 15 minute wait time, I spoke to a customer service representative, [redacted] on 6/20/13. I explained that I had never been to her company's website and didn't know how they had gotten my information. I asked her how my information was obtained but she couldn't provide me with information. She apologized and stated that the charges would be returned with 10-14 business days. I have been checking and haven't received the credit. I just tried calling the customer service number listed and it is no longer in service but the website is still up. I have been monitoring my account for further charges, which there have been none. Although I left the account open for this refund, I am closing it today since this business no longer has a working number to call. Although I would still like my refund, I do not expect it back from the thieves. I do want there to be a record in case there are any other individuals with the same issue.Desired Settlement: A complete refund as promised of $39.95 or for [redacted]...whichever comes first.

Review: This company began taking funds from my checking account for a service that I did not want or order. After the first month, I contacted them and told them I did not want the service and to please issue a refund. I did not hear from them. Then the second month, I again contacted them and told them that I had put a stop on any further transactions from them and I would like a refund for all charges. I received the email below.Friday, June 21, 2013.This message is for [redacted] This is to confirm your file with Road Side Saviors has been cancelled as of todays date. The confirmation number is [redacted] This ensures there will be no further charges from us in regards to our service. We have submitted you for a refund of $39.95 as an ACH credit, which will be processed back into your account in 4-7 business days.If you have any further questions, you can e-mail us at [email protected] or contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-399-9890.To date I have not received the funds to my account and when you call the number you go into a holding pattern where no one ever answer. I have made the request for the refund now 3 times with no satisfaction.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the funds that were withdrawn from my account without my authorization. The total requested is 79.90.

Review: This is in reference to a membership that this company says we ordered. We did not! I have contacted them on June 25, 2013 about this matter and spoke with a gentlemen named [redacted] and he said he would cancel the membership and credit back the $39.95 back to our card. Needless to say it has never been done and I am now for the past week trying to contact the company Road Side Saviors in Wilmington DE and one number says it has been disabled and the other says all circuits are busy. I have tried at all different times of the day and night and receive the same information. Any help would be greatly appreciated. [redacted]Desired Settlement: please see above
