Roadside Towing

I called AAA yesterday to get my car towed and they referred me to this towing company, so I expected them to take care of me. Boy was I wrong. He was well over an hour late and when he finally showed up he hooked my car up wrong and it rolled off the bed of the truck. In the process he jumped through my window and broke my door lock. When I tried to get in touch with him the next day to work something out over the damages he caused, he proceeded to yell at me that it was already broken and that he always hooks his vehicles up this way. Regardless to say I do not recommend this company and he was extremely disrespectful and belligerent towards me. If I could give 0 stars I would. When I called AAA they said they were sorry for the damages, and don't usually refer customers to this company because they have had issues before.
