[redacted] < [redacted] 9:AM (hour ago)to General First of all your information is incorrect as I have a video of my entire interaction with your front deskYour front desk representative was VERY VERY VERY unprofessional, rude and disrespectfulShe accused me if making up the issue and made several unprofessional comments.She refused to contact the manager or give me any complaint contact information I threatened to picket your hotel based on my interaction with your unprofessional staffThreatened to bring a group of people is an incorrect statement you recieved from your incompetent staffBut you say a black woman standing up for herself and you have to make it a violent situation or a threat of violence to justify you and your staff Behavior .As far as calling, yes I called multiple times anyone in my position would have called multiple times when they been refused the manager and refused any other additional contact or regional district manager for an issue such as mine where there was mold in a shower which is disgusting despicable for hotel in itself.I received a full refund for my horrible experience in your hotel filed multiple complaints with the Revdex.com as well as with your corporate companyI have no need for a lawyer because my point was proven my money was refunded and I uploaded the photos to Google and yelp so no other Hotel guests will have to experience what I did.Receiving this email from you I do understand where the incompetence of your staff come from this was unprofessional it was rude and you obviously didn't have any of the correct information which is surprising seeing as you have cameras where you could have watch the interaction.There is no need for you to contact me again if you do I'll consider it harassment have a good day [redacted]

We offered her a 35% and also advised Priceline of this and this still standsWe can also offer a 20% discount on a time future stay

refunds, which is why she informed you that the general manager would get back to you and resolve the issue you had within the next few days.At that point, you got angry with the front desk clerk and threatened to bring a group of people to do who knows whatAfter you left, you harassed the front desk by continuously calling every minutes, and threatening to get a lawyer to sue usThere was no need for the threats or the continuous harassmentWe haven't contacted you since then because of that.We've already contacted and talked to Priceline on June 21st, 2017, who you booked through, and offered 35% back, and you accepted that.Once again, please accept my sincere apologyWe look forward to serving you again in the near future.Sincerely,*** GM
