Roadway Inn & Suites

I stayed at this location on 5/11/19 and checked out on 5/12/19. The total of my bill was $58.14 and was charged to my bank account twice, once on May 12th and again on May 13th. Have called and talked to the manager, Rose on numerous occasions and she insists that this was a preauthorization for the room and it would drop off after 7 to 10 days. First off, if it had been a preauth it would of remained in the pending status. It was not as it was "withdrawn" from my checking account twice and I have proof of this. I really do not believe she knows how to run a business properly and her books would not have balanced on the 13th. She would of been over by $58.14. Thank you
