The customer ordered an auto carpet October 21, The customer was sent the order exactly as specified , and order was receivedThis same exact type of carpet has been sold to numerous owners of the same car as his, we have never had any reported complaintsinitial email from the customer was on 3/30/2016, a full months after order was receivedCustomer did not make any contact with us prior to that date( please see Return Policy clearly posted on our website) Customer returned his carpet to an office that was closed from December -AprilUpon our return to this closed office the carpet was foundIt has been delivered outside and subject to snow, rain, freezing and other elements for months, and the box was in very bad conditionDue to this subjection to the elements, carpet was subject to water intrusion to box and would now be mildewed, due to getting wetAll of this was explained to the customerWe are very honest and reasonable, but this customer did not contact us about anything related to this order until months after purchaseIn our last email to the customer, we asked if he still has the car, that he bought the carpet for and to date he has not replied to our questionAt any rate we do not feel that we are responsible for this cusotmers neglect to contact us in a reasonable time to express his concerns, months is unreasonable

on 3/30/2016, a full 5 months after order was received. Customer did not make any contact with us prior to that date. ( please see Return Policy clearly posted on our website)  Customer returned his carpet to an office that was closed from December -April. Upon our return to this closed office the carpet was found. It has been delivered outside and subject to snow, rain, freezing and other elements for 2 months, and the box was in very bad condition. Due to this subjection to the elements, carpet was subject to water intrusion to box and would now be mildewed, due to getting wet. All of this was explained to the customer. We are very honest and reasonable, but this customer did not contact us about anything related to this order until 5  months after purchase. In our last email to the customer, we asked if he still has the car, that he bought the carpet for and to date he has not replied to our question. At any rate we do not feel that we are responsible for this cusotmers neglect to contact us in a reasonable time to express his concerns, 5 months is unreasonable.

There was no reason to believe that this standard industry-wide method for handling returns should have been done some other way. Their negligence with their receivables is their responsibility. They have my money, and I have nothing. I will employ an attorney if necessary, and they'll be paying a lot more than $380.
