the complaint identified above. I wanted to make you aware that we have resolved the matter as of 04/05/2016. I am submitting a copy of the receipt as well as a deemed closed letter that was sent out to the consumer by email and regular mail. Ms. [redacted] received the information and signed off on our docusign, her signature is on the page. We sent out a receipt to the consumer back in August of 2015 however; we had the wrong email address so she never received it. We were able to get the correct email address when we received the complaint due to it being listed under the customer information. If either one of you were unsuccessful in contacting anyone from 03/01/2016-04/04/2016, it is because I was involved in a car accident and my office was closed until 04/04/2016. I have received the complaint identified above. I wanted to make you aware that mv company does ownthe debt for the consumer it was sold by [redacted] this is how I was able to obtain her information. I amnot sure who the [redacted] is and how they have her file. All I can assume is it may...
have been sold to them aswell or she owes another loan other than this one and is getting them mixed up. She was sent 'a receipt and •deemed closed letter by regular mail and email. The letters show she is no longer obligated to the debt becauseshe paid off her pay day loan in full. She can forward them the copy of the document we sent out to her thatshows it was paid off. If she no longer has the documents we can forward a copy to the company for her if we gettheir contact information. I am submitting a copy of the receipt as well as a deemed closed le1.,ter that was sent outto the consumer b1f email and regular mail.
