On April 30, 4:07:AM PDT I bought Talk+Text+Data plan for MexicoI placed an order #It didn't work even once! No connection at allI sent a few emails to Roam Mobility but get no response
On April 30, 2015 4:07:08 AM PDT I bought Talk+Text+Data 25 plan for Mexico. I placed an order #100538367. It didn't work even once! No connection at all. I sent a few emails to Roam Mobility but get no response.
Until the present time, we have frequently used Roam Mobility when travelling to the US and have found it to be satisfactory.
On the latest trip, my husband paid $60.00 and was not able to obtain a connection. He found out that there is no more 611 support or the option of troubleshooting with a live person. One is asked to file a ticket, which is impossible when travelling. All support telephone numbers now lead to recorded messages. When one is working and needs immediate service, this is not acceptable. We will not use Roam Mobility again and advise everyone to stay clear.
