So the last part of the period of time that the ad was running, it was advertisementSounds like they did not have enough inventory to cover their ad proposalI did not see where it said anything about "while stock last" or "until we sell all units in stock", which leaves me to believe that the ad is still effective and is still inviting others to join the offer, which is completely impossible according to the dealer.Either the dealer should follow through with the offer, or they should remove the ad

it sounds like the company is okay with the results as they were presented. I think it is false advertisement to run an ad in excess of five days without being able to provide the services that you are advertising.If the ad would simply say something like, "while supplies last", or "while inventory last", or anything similar, that may ease the pain a bit. But the ad was running giving the consumer the full expectation that the program was still valid.If this is considered a good practice and business advertising. Then everyone would be doing the same thing. Offering one item but yet then running the ad for a month. That will draw and a lot of ads and calls and consumers I would assume. But it is a poor marketing strategy to cheat the consumer.
