industry. No roofing contractor has anything to do with the manufactures warranty, especially after 13 years. We offered all contact names and phone numbers of the manufacturer to her and she would not listen/accept this info. We are not the manufacturer and cannot determine if the shingles are defective. This was told to Ms [redacted] on the phone however she refused to listen as she was demanding a new roof. After several attempts at trying to explain this to no avail, she continued to talk over me, I did say thank you and good bye (there were 3 other staff present in the office during their conversation). We have been in business for over 43 years with an exceptional reputation. We did not earn this by deceiving or mis-leading our customers. She needs to follow industry wide protocol and contact the manufacturer with her concerns. Her issue is not with us we have no control over the manufacturer what so ever.
