The issue is they refused to pay when job was done, they were told the rates before we went to job site. this trap has a huge lid and has to be dug up to service and takes two men to move it. after exposing the trap we found the trap was not the problem the line dumping into...

trap was clogged at this point the service tech explained this to the manager she said unclog the drain and pump the trap that is what we did.The manager was told that we where going dump back into trap if they did not pay so we put approximately 6 to 700 gallons of water back into trap we did not put all of it back we did not want grease going into the sewer. also, I revised the bill and lowered the price to $731.00.This is not the first time they have refused to pay, a few years ago they pulled the same thing and we had to take them to court to get paid.
