This event did happenHowever the complaint is not accurate and does not reflect all the events that transpiredThe person filing this complaint has over the past month repeatedly entered the store where she has been rude, obnoxious and confrontationalWe've received numerous customer complaints about her actions and staff complaints that they were being taunted by her and felt threatened by her.After receiving some well documented complaints we spoke with other businesses in the area about her behavior because they too were experiencing itWe found out that a few of them had banned her from their establishmentsWe decided we needed to do the same thing because we could no longer tolerate her behavior when she entered our establishment.When [redacted] politely confronted the individual about these complaints the individual denied themThe individual was informed that she was no longer welcome in the establishment and that she could have the $amount for the gift card that she hasAfter some back and forth this eventually lead to a heated argument.We had filed complaints with this individual's employer due to their behavior at our establishmentWe believe this Revdex.com complaint may in part be retaliation for it.Our offer which was already made to this individual still stands and we will be more than happy to return the $

Review: [redacted] confronted me in the adjoining bank, ranting that she will give me my money back on a gift card I received for Christmas. I told her I do not want my money I want the gift card instead, and she said then I won't serve you, I have the right to refuse to service you,I wanted to know why, and she said I was bad mouthing her store,that I told the coffee trainees that I didn't like their coffee, which is true, there was one cup I ordered that I said directly to the employee that I didn't like it. So the next time I came in I ordered something different. How is that bad mouthing? [redacted] also made ACCUSATIONS that I said something to someone else, well that's here say, and I will not entertain that, I told her if she didn't hear it directly from me then its gossip.She would constantly over talk me, and would not let me speak.Her attempt at good customer service failed, she did not have to confront me in the adjoining bank in front of other customers and bank employees. She was rude and immature and does not know how to handle customers.I now have a gift card they will not honor, because she claims she will not serve me and that I am not allowed in the store.Poor customer service, and a lack of a [redacted] on the premise.No one should talk to customers they way she did, and I have proof and witnessesDesired Settlement: I want the full amount of the gift card value 25.00 Because of the rude behavior I had to deal with and the accusations made.
