Ordered. Even the size doesn’t looks right, it looks like Medium size, I can’t verify the size as there is no batch or slip attached to the coat, which provide this information.
I contacted the customer care and requested to send me the return label as this is not the product I ordered. But instead of getting it back-what they told me that as per their policy, return shipping cost from Canada to China have to be bear by the customer, they said if I keep the product they can offer 20% on the next purchase and then they offer 70%. I asked them a question, why should I keep this product when I don’t need Grey color and then spend more money with you guys, when I am already not happy with what you did.
They keep saying either keep it send it back on my cost. And I am keep asking, why should I pay for a return shipping when they messed up with the order and send the wrong product.
I also want to tell this to public at large, there product looks shiny and nice on the website but looks cheap when you actually have in your hand. Beware, they will not be helpful, once you pay them.
I placed an order for a product that their site stated was in stock two weeks before Christmas. The email confirmation for the order stated I would receive another email once my order has been shipped. A week goes by and no email. I sent the company two emails to find out the status of my order. Finally four days before Christmas they respond stating the item is out of stock. I should have been contacted as soon as the order was placed so that I could find the item elsewhere in time for Christmas. If I didn't initiate the email thread, how long would it have been before someone would contact me? Also, their site still states that the item is in stock! Now I do not have this gift to give on Christmas and I have to wait three business days for a refund!
