Agreed to 10 training sessions for a cost of $275. The amount was paid on December 20, 2019 in full. We had agreed to 2 sessions each week. The days that I preferred to meet were Wednesday and Friday. Sessions were supposed to be at 4:45am and they were to be 1 hour long. Trainer cancelled sessions that were scheduled 12/26/19 and again on 01/03/2020. I asked for a refund, which he told me he had already spent the money and there was nothing that he could do. He cancelled again on 01/15/2020, again I asked for a refund. I explained that I was no longer motivated to meet with him and felt that him not showing up was not professional. I told him that I only had 5 sessions which he was entitled to be paid for, but that for the remaining 5 sessions I should get a refund. He tried to convince me to stay but I declined, because there was no guarantee that he would show up to any future sessions.

He also cancelled via text message 5 minutes before the actual session. On one occasion I was in my car driving to his gym space.

He did agree to refund me my money and told me that he had other things to pay before me. He said he didn't know when he would be able to get me my money back. I texted him on 02/02/2020 to see if there was an update on my refund to which he didn't respond. I sent another text on 02/03/2020 to which he responded that he would be able to pay me after he got some money, which would be around 02/07/2020. I have heard nothing from him since then and still do not have my refund.

Extremely unprofessional.
