Hi,This issue has not been resolved. Rob N Son did contact me and We did discuss what can be done to correctthe issue. We were suppose to come up with a resolution but I never heard back from them. That was over 3 months ago. I tried emailing them and calling them. Please re-open my case.Thanks

Review: I contracted Robert H[redacted] from Ron N Sons Remodeling and Alex H[redacted] from [redacted].com to do some work in my house. Alex was just the middle man who got me in contact with Robert who actually has a PA contractors license [redacted]. To make a long story short, some of the tile that Robert installed in my dining room is starting to come apart. This started happening like 4 months after he installed it. I tried contacting Robert multiple times but got no response. I reached out to Alex who said that he would come out but never did. Like 3 months later, I emailed them offering more work and they responded right away. They even came out a few days later. I showed them a bathroom that I wanted to upgrade and I showed them the tile in the dining area that was coming apart. Robert said that when he would come out to do the bathroom job that he would fix the tile. I explained that I wanted the tile fixed first because the bathroom would be done at a later time. That was the last time I heard from them. I tried contacting Robert and got no response. Alex respond to me about a month later but never said that they would correct the issue. Now Alex won't even respond to me. This tile was obvisouly installed incorrectly if it only lasted 3 to 4 months. Now my kitchen is starting to look like my dining room tile when it first started coming apart. I need this fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like the tile in my dining room replace free of charge. Also, in my kitchen if it starts to come apart like it does in my dining room
