was the builder of their home and who will be responding to their claim of a faulty plumbing connection.After reviewing the service history for this home, we see no record of being contacted by the homeowners regarding a water main leak or non-working hose bib in the four years that they have occupied their home and were given no opportunity to investigate their claim or make repairs if they were warranted.We are more than happy to examine the water connections to the City's water system to verify that they were installed correctly. We have left a phone message and sent an email Friday, September 15th offering to schedule an appointment as soon as possible for our superintendent and plumber at their home, but have had no response. I've attached a copy of the email sent and will gladly schedule an appointment to look at their plumbing connections as soon as we hear from the homeowner.We take great pride in our homes and the work of our sub-contractors and are happy to respond to issues that we are given an opportunity to remedy, but can't respond if we are not notified of an issue.
