At Rob Terry Cabinets our goal is to provide quality cabinets at affordable prices The *** project was handled differently than our regular projects as this customer is a relative of one of our employeesInstallation was not included and the cost of the project was discounted because the
employee was working on the project after hours for his family members We have attempted to help the employee resolve the issues by sending other employees out to the ***'s to fix some of the issues and allowing the employee time to work on the family project We are happy to supply touch up paint to the employee for him to take to his family member As this was not a regular project and the employee worked with family; we leave this to be resolved with the employee and his family. This dispute is a family matter; Rob Terry Cabinets will leave this for the family to resolve.  The employee is very aware of the complaints that are being lodged against our company and has made it very clear to us that the issue is not us. When the employee stopped trying to resolve the issues with the family member the issues became an attack on his work.  It seems like the family member is trying to cause problems for him at his place of employment. We believe the employee knows his family members best and we are staying out of there dispute.    As explained previously we have supported the employees attempts to resolve the issues with his family, but we believe this is a family matter and should be resolved by the employee and his family.
