I have sent a picture of finished bathroom above toilet and copy of contract I did replace around the tub area when we replaced tub the tub set in a pocket so yes those walls were worked on as contract states we removed tile board around the rest of the bathroom it was only 48" high we installed
tile 48" high on walls and from tub to ceiling there was one spot behind toilet that was bad down low were toilet had leaked so we replaced it so tile would adhere Mrs *** was trying to hang a picture did not hit a stud only nailed into plaster wall causing a small hole she patched it with spackle and now thinks I should replace the whole wall that I never contracted to do anything but paint it was not damaged until she drove a nail into it thanks ***

I am rejecting this response because: I think that the business should have had my job done before starting a new one and that it has been three months since all of this started and I kindly asked for my money back.The check I gave this business was cashed the same day it was received than a lot of excuses came after and no roof.I was told by the business that it was $out of their pocket so I responded that no it was $out of MY pocket

Material wasn't shipped and available on the week of installation which made installing a new roof impossible we were held up on another job because of the weather the following week due to heavy rains which made this job and another behind as no exterior work can be done in the rain and the home
owner demanded a refundI told *** I had already bought material which wasn't refundablebut I would do my best and get a check back out to hima money order was mailed last week he claims he did not receiveI'm still waiting on confirmation on
