The faucet was already repaired I did not damage any granite, I only tried to arrange the repairwith another contractor I know If he did not co ntact the customer He may be to busy on vacation etc The customer did not suffer any loss due to service provided by my Company, on the contrary she was provided an outstanding price for an extremely difficult job and this complaint is , in our opinion invalid We recommend the customer google "granite counter top installation " for the contact info of a qualified repair tech to repair granite damage, which was not caused in any way by anything done by myself or Rob's Plumbing All I am guilty of is trying to provide toe name of the granite guy , which I am sorry I did and now regret

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I want the $I paid Rob's Plumbing back because Rob was never been able to clear the clogged drain on either of the occasions I had a clogI had to resort to using another plumber who WAS able to clear the drain and was kept clear for over monthsRob was never able to clear the drain, so why should I have to pay for non-service? He says he warrants his work but he was never even able to fix it in the first place Regards, [redacted]

I was paid percent more than my asking price as a tip because this job took hours instead of the two it should have because the sink was glued to the countertop and took extreme care and a great deal of time to unglueThe percent overpay was an unsolicited tip because this customer saw the work and time involved I charged for an all day job, I did not raise my price as I should have when the situation became obvious and was beyond the scope of the original work, and this job should have been billed at four times what it cost the customer However I stuck to the original bid and completed the work for an already incredibly low price The damage the customer speaks of was due to the glue and was no fault of mine When the countertops were installed there were some flaws in the granite sink cutout that the installer repaired by mixing some type of epoxy with some granite dust and packing the mixture into the chips made by his saw They were not caused by me I suggested the name of a countertop guy who MAY be able to redo a similar repair on the new basin, and I offered to pay for it out of the kindness of my heart Upon describing the issue to this person I thought might be able to do some sort of fix, He stated that he does not do that sort of thing and declined the jobI am not willing to pay any other company to don a repair which was not caused by me and could easily surpass the cost of the entire job That is unfair and the customer is not being reasonableRegarding the gasket she makes reference to, I have been back to this job and the issue has been corrected If this customer would like to pursue the issue in a court of law I suggest she do soRob's Plumbing I was paid percent more than my asking price as a tip because this job took hours instead of the two it Rob was a saviorI had a toilet clog, my kids decided to put everything they could touch down the toilet,I was stressed out especially since it was in the eveningI called him, half expecting that he was close for the day, but not only was he available but he came over in Mins and fixed the problem
Honesty he was a life saver, thank you so much rob

As stated by the Business.
We at Rob's Plumbing strive for percent customer satisfaction. Regarding the customer complaint logged against Rob's Plumbing, our response is as follows: We had the slab leak repaired within six hours of the initial call.
We saved the customer because we do our own leak detection. Our price of is less than half the going rate for slab leak repairs. The customer was upset that we could not fill the inch diameter hole in the slab immediately, however it is standard practice to NOT immediately refill the concrete, and observe the repair area for hours for additional leaks in the area. We told the customer this before doing any work. This customer called our office well over times in hours knowing the hole was to remain open. The customer paid one half the bill, and to date has not paid the remainder, instead accusing us of flooding his house-absurd because we did not and we certainly would have been sued by him if we had. We did nothing of the sort. We have been forced to file action in superior court to collect the money owed us

I am rejecting Rob Plumbing's response because I paid him to:
Clear my bathroom toilet, which he did but days later I had the same problem, so he really didn't fix the clogged area/problemWhen he came back a week later he was unable to clear the toilet at allI then had another plumber come out who WAS able to clear the toilet which remained clear for over monthsRob says he determined the pipe was collapsed but if it was collapsed then why were other plumbers able to clear the drain with lasting results
Within days of this first occurrence I called Rob to come back to replace the seal/ring under my toilet that he unsealed when he removed the toilet but he NEVER returned my phone calls
A few months ago I had a toilet that would not drain so Rob came out and was UNABLE to clear the toilet, a few days later I had another plumber come out who WAS able to clear the toilet
My problem with Rob is that he has never been able to clear the clog and insists the reason is there is a collapsed pipe BUT then why are other plumbers able to fix the clog?
I want my money back because Rob insists he warrants his work but he has not been able to even clear the toilet to apply the warrantyI am not expecting anyone to work for free, I paid for Rob to clear the toilet and he was unable to do so when other plumbers have been able to

We used Robs plumbing and was not at all satisfied with the results of the workHe was never on time, did not complete work and we have to this day after 3months still having to call him and all we get is I will be there in an hour and then never show upWe have had to hire another plumber to fix the work that was never completedThe drain to our tub emptied out under the house, the copper plumbing he installed to the water heater leaks, the bathroom sink leaksStill no answer or call back from him at allOur washer emptied into the laundry sink, it was never installed correctly, it took three times to finally have this matter fixTake the time to research his company and you will find all complaints with no satisfied customers

The invoice clearly states that I will gladly come clear any stoppage which is not a foreign objectThis includes such things as tampons collapsed pipes basically anything that does not eminate from a human bodyI went over to the job, determined the pipe was collapsed due the fact that my snake which is 1/inch diameter would not pass through a inch pipeThis constitutes a FOREIGN OBJECT and requires repairDoes this person truly expect me to come over and locate the collapse at a cost of 300.00, jackhammer the slab at a cost of repair the collapse at a cost of and put the concrete back and put down new flooring ? Get realThis home is not mine it is hers I am a good plumber and for me to offer any kind of warranty is above and beyond....no other plumbing companies offer a warranty on drainsIt is people \like this that ruin it for the rest of my customers, who will now not get the warranty, as It will no longer be offered by Rob's Plumbing due to unrealistic people like this who feel they can transfer their problems to others in this mannerCan I fix the pipe? sure, should I feel obligated to do it for free? NoFinal response

Rob is the best plhmber I have found and I have used t
Hem all because I am a property.manager

Rob did a amazing job he was quick and honesMost of the plumbers try to take advantage of you, which I have not seeing from himThe job he did and the price he asked for it was absolutely fairI would recommend to ask him for an estimate before hiring another plumber

stated by the business "I warranty all of my work except for foreign objects in the pipes."
