the car** *** understood and was made aware after diagnosing the car the following repairs was needed: Two Upper Control Arms, Starter, lower Control Arms, Swaybar Links (2), CWAxles, Shocks, Inner Tire Rods, Outer Tire Rods, Alignment, Replacement of EGR, Alignment and InspectionThe total amount of the bill was $2,285.95.** *** received a bill and made payment arrangements where he was to come in every week and put money towards the bill** *** has made payments to date totaling $720.00, leaving the remaining balance of $1,As ** *** made payments the parts were orderedWhen enough money was applied to purchase the parts the work was completed.On 3/20/the car was sent to *** *** for alignment, this is standard practice and the customers are aware that the car will have to go to another site for the alignment and inspectionIn order to clear the codes for the Emissions test the car had to be driven approxmiles, again this is standard practice to ensure that the system resets and the issues are resolvedIt is standard practice to test drive a car prior to returning it to the client, to ensure the car is safe and the issues have been rectifiedFortunately we had completed this prior to the plates being renoved by the clients cousins fiancé, which we had no dealings at all with regarding this carAfter the plates were removed the car was moved to a storage lot.Rob's Tire and Auto service pride ourselves on working with the Pottstown CommunityWe allow flexible payment plans and continue to work with our cliental to ensure their cars are repairedThis is just one way our business stands apart from other auto shops that will request money immediately upon completion or offer credit cards that a percentage of our cliental would not qualify forThat is why Rob's Tire and Auto Service is a unique, stand above the rest in this industry.We encourage this client ** *** to continue to make payments, typically there is a $per day storage fee, we have waiver that fee for the client and we are requesting the remaining balance of $1,to be paid
