Hi~
I wanted to let you know that on January 26, 2017, we received an invoice from Robbens Heating.
The invoice is post marked January 21, 2017.
It does not list dates of service or identify the source of the issue, which was essential to our claim
against the renter who caused the...
damage.
Furthermore, our property manager was there for the service call & repairs, and the labor time has
been grossly overfilled.
We intend to seek resolution with the Oregon State Contractors Board.
Although the compliant is not resolved, we did receive an invoice after a month.
