When we booked our sea cabin it was advertised to have a sofa sleeperUpon arrival we found a sofa sleeper we couldn't get to pull out and filth We called and complained the cleaning lady came down and got the sleeper to pull out but we were told no one could sleep on it because it would break moreWe told her the room was fillthyShe opened the sliding glass door took the sleeper mattress and began patting the dirt and crumbs off it Trying to get it out the door but our luggage was sitting by the door and she got dirt and filth all over itThere was blood on the toilet, hair all over the sheets , glass on the floorAnd this was all after the promised check in of 4pmWilla (owner) agreed to give us a refund and clean againI called to ask her where our refund was a few days later and she only gave us a little money backAnd lied on the phone and hung up on meI took pictures of the sea cabinThey way we were treated was awful We had to go to Walmart and buy a blow u

It was wonderful I had great communication with [redacted] Realty prior to the trip Our condo was [redacted] IT WAS BEAUTIFUL The beach was private and clean Checking in and out was easy...I will definitely be staying here again

I made reservations via online for a townhouse on the beach on Saturday 3/5/ They were closed so I emailed and told them I would make my payment with CC via phone Monday, March 3/7/ I was flying between states that day and she called while I was traveling When I called back to make payment it was after hours with the time changeSo I called Tuesday to make a payment and she was not availableShe called back, I was unavailableI called her back and again, I got the after hours answering service Wednesday 3/9/16: After talking with the families I was traveling with who had already booked sea cabinsThey informed me that the townhouse I reserved was not across from the sea cabins but about a mile down the highway I told them that I was told they were across from the sea cabins but I would call to verifyI called (Wednesday 3/9) to verify that the townhouse I was renting was in fact across from the sea cabins as I had originally been told and I was told it was NOT across...but down miles I asked if I could call the others who had already booked the other sea cabin rooms to see if this was okay with them as we would not be grouped together as planned She told me to call her back and let her know...I left a message with a member of our group to make sure that was okay...then left for a photoshoot...During this time, Willa called and said they needed a deposit by noon Thursday 3/10) I called at 8am California time (11am Florida time) and said I was calling to put down my depositShe very rudely said "WHAT DID YOU DECIDE?" I said Well, I am calling to put down my deposit...so we would like the townhouse but please understand I have been traveling and have not been putting this off on purpose We just haven't been able to connect She talked over me...and said "You have been messing with this for several days now and I am just going to cancel your reservation." I said "I just called to give you a credit card number?!? You said to call before noon..it is 11am your timeI do not appreciate your rudeness!" And she said "Your reservation is cancelled effective immediatelyGoodbye." And she hung up on me I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my lifeEspecially not by someone who we are renting town homes fromMy mind was absolutely blown by her ugliness, rude behavior and lack of professionalism The people we were going with have stayed there before and have had one run in with herbut other than that...zero problemsbut I would not ever give my money to someone who is going to be so disrespectful/borderline hateful to a potential customer
