1st off: I filled the Contract fully and Mr*** paid me in full
2nd: I done three final walk troughs with Mr***
3rd: Mr*** hand picked the stain and triple coating was never discussed, so we coated the trim time as agreed on when I placed the bid on job
4th: We had over
half on trim installed Mr*** had my Forman start coating for second time with the trim half installed I was not informed until following dayThat still did not satisfy the Customer, I keep telling Mr*** that is was to much staining with a lapse of time in-between staining , besides that when you stain wood with different wood variations stain is not a solid color it is not paintNo extra charge for second and third coat which normally a e order would have taken place but for two reasons there was not for reason one I tried to satisfy my customer reason two he already had my Forman start second coat
5th: The rosettes set center of trim properly installed, they were, two rosettes were out of square out of several he insisted that he wanted the outside flush so what d I do to satisfy my customer we changed them, again I did not write up a change order, Contract states no extra's or changes if so contractor has the right to charge more cost to Homeowner, but I tried very hard to satisfy this man but it can not be done, trust me I am as good as a contractor / Personas they come and I tried and tried and tried to satisfy M***, every day he slandered my guys and my company, I continued to work with Mr*** and to satisfy him which I did because after final walk through he paid full, I pulled a permit for what I was suppose to pull., My licplumber move a hot water heater two fend done took care of permit, Electrician just changed out the lights and does not have to have a permit
6th: My tile guy could not get done with the tile because he would show up and work and when he return the next day Homeowner would have sticky notes on every other tile, so I made im redo the tile three time and the tile guy finally quit on me so I was forced to hire another tile guy to finish work up, a walk through was done and he was satisfy again
7th: Masonry done the work on front of his home before the sub contractor left Mr*** said to him i'm satisfied
8th: We did get into a disagreement once over third installment, I Set certain Allowances on certain things in contract, Cabinets are one of those things, I took Mr*** to Lowes and we had the cabinet layout and quote done, Mr*** sat there and the lady handed him the layout and a list of each cabinet he agreed on and was suppose to read but failed to do so and than he signed of on order, order was entered in compute my debit has a limit and did not have my check book so came back in the following morning to pay for order, the vanity in one of the bathrooms was not to his satisfaction which he signed off on, the point is that is what held me up on counter tops was to be done, that is what we disputed about when third installment was due
Bottom line I have over customers and well satisfied, repeat customers, we done three separate walk through he is lying on his behalf, he was very disrespectful to most of my help and subs he would have not paid me if he was not satisfied he just don't like me for some reason my opinionContract is filled and I lost money on the job but the job did get finished

1. I am NOT going to comment on the fails statements that Robbie Lee Construction is tiring to comment on. Robbie Lee knows exactly what this complaint is about and I will NOT be called a Liar over the contents of my complaint. I as a Vietnam disabled Veteran and a senior citizen of America , I stand behind every word I have put in this complaint and I have the PROOF of his Companies Quality still hanging in my HOUSE. I am a man of my word and stick to it. Believe me I spent almost $60,000.00 and of that almost $45,was paid to Robbie Lee Construction for the Remodel . I paid all differences
