I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meAs far as I am concerned this is resolved and I jumped the gun on complaining about this as I was over anxious to hear from the business as to our course of action This is a great company and I give them an A Plus on their business dealings This was a communication mix up and has nothing to do with the integrity of the business or its owner as that is above reproach in my opinion Regards, [redacted]

I e-mailed the customer and I said I was sorry and under a lot of stress mentally and I refunded this person all of her money. She was one of my customer and can still be if she wants. I’m going through a lot personally and my painter had to go to Tenn. Family problems. Here is the last...

conversation we had. There was not a Contract to start with. I was trying to help her out I understand if she is mad be to do this is not right as good as I have been to her my feeling is hurt more than anything. [redacted]
Well [redacted] I do realize your under a lot of stress and I sincerely apologize for adding to that.  I have chalked this up to an unfortunate incident and a lack of communication...I just needed and wanted to know what was going on and you have always been so responsive in answering emails and calls that my concern was growing every day I did not hear from you.  I may have jumped the gun as everybody kept telling me I would not hear from you again and than I stopped hearing from you...taught me not to listen to the naysayers... and I should of know better due to our previous business dealings which I consider where excellent.  I consider it unfortunate that we cannot do business in the future...and if I had been informed and know your plans to put the siding on I would of had no problem at all and would be looking forward to my siding being on....as I said before I  have and I always will continue to speak highly of you and your organization 
 
 
 
Dear Customer,  I think highly of you, I think you are a stand up person and would not miss lead you for nothing in the world.. I'm so sorry it work out this way.. My painter was tie up and could not make it on Monday so I talked to him and he said wed.. come to find out his wife family in Tenn. had called up on them and he stood me up. I got your e-mail about the siding and was going to do so I was looking for a break in my schedule to do so.. I should have told you I was trying to get down there and do the siding and surprise you so sorry... I'll still put the siding on if you want me to and you don't have to pay me nothing until I'm done up to you.. Will you please take me of Revdex.com that really hurts.. [redacted]
