I purchased a convertible top in 2014 and within 4 years the top hesd faded terribly and the back window stitching was coming loose. I tried contacting the upholstery shop that installed it and unfortunately they had gone out of business. My husband was finally able to contact the Robbins Auto Top company and all they offered was to replace the back window part. I have to pay out of pocket almost $300 to have that installed so that my convertible top wl now have to different colors. I purchased my car in 2001 and the top wasn't even faded when I replaced it. I replaced it because it was finally becoming undone. I had the original tip for more then 10 years and the color was fine. This top that I purchased from Robbins auto tops didn't even last 5 years. The way it faded looks worse than my original top did and it hadn't even been 5 years. What a total rip-off and terrible product that Robbins Auto Tops provides. I wish I could submit pictures of the condition the convertible that's les than 5 years is. I gave a one star because I had to in order to write this review otherwise it wouldve been zero stars. One unhappy customer that will share this review in every social media and personally to friends and family. This company is a RIP-off!

complaint, if factual, would have to have been with a reseller, not Robbins Auto Top.
