does not have a repair for this issue at this time The warranty on the vehicle is held by GM, not its franchised dealers and as such we are limited to repairs or parts replacements they authorize We recommend that the customer contact Chevrolet customer assistance for a resolution

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Sent: Monday, February 13, 3:PM Subject: RE: Complaint ID #***We refused their explanation because when we bought the car from this franchised dealership, they sold it to us without disclosing this known issue.The service manager even told me this is a known issue for years.Therefore, in our eyes, they are as liabel as GM And someone needs to make us whole on this
I went to this dealership in a service issue in my truck, I obtained prices for the parts and the labor, I paid for the parts in advance because they told me they will order it they asked me to return on Monday
in Monday all the prices went up in every thing parts , labor and when I said whey the prices went up almost 50% , they said it went up this week the parts installed in my vehicle is not compatible with Chevy on star net work and if I need to use on star I need to spend anther $1000
I am not advice any one to use this dealership
