Thank you for the opportunity to respond According to General Motors, this issue does exist with certain Traverse models We have been advised by GM that there is no repair at this time We value the satisfaction of all our customers but are unable to offer a resolution because GM
does not have a repair for this issue at this time The warranty on the vehicle is held by GM, not its franchised dealers and as such we are limited to repairs or parts replacements they authorize We recommend that the customer contact Chevrolet customer assistance for a resolution

I went to this dealership in a service issue in my truck, I obtained prices for the parts and the labor, I paid for the parts in advance because they told me they will order it they asked me to return on Monday
in Monday all the prices went up in every thing parts , labor and when I said whey the prices went up almost 50% , they said it went up this week the parts installed in my vehicle is not compatible with Chevy on star net work and if I need to use on star I need to spend anther $1000
I am not advice any one to use this dealership
