Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I started the contract with Four Seasons with the 1st service on JulyI sent a check for $60, as we agreed I would only be using the service for ½ the month The next schedule service would have been Aug 14, but it did rain for days I called one week later, on Aug 21, asking when I should expect the next service With the rain, I discussed with Mr [redacted] that I understood that rain would prevent them from coming to perform lawn service, and I did not complain that service was not completed later that week when it was dry I therefore only received service once in the month of August Service was then completed on Sep 4, and Sep On Oct 2nd, it rained briefly I waited days and then contacted Four Seasons to find out when someone would be coming, and they performed service the next day Oct 16, Oct 30, and Nov I received service I did not get service on Nov 20, there was no rain on that dateI called the next day and asked when they would be coming out I stated that I was frustrated that I needed to call for a 3rd time to inquire about when service would be provided, and I was also frustrated with the monthly payment option if I would not receive service twice a month I stated “maybe I should cancel my service” and Mr [redacted] stated “Then cancel your service” and abruptly hung up I therefore only received service for ½ of November I believe I am owed $as a minimum given he chose not to complete the service for the month of November There also was never a discussion or contract stating that day cancellation was required I’m not sure why he abruptly hung up, and he did not mention a day cancellation is required before he hung up He just hung up on me The service was generally very good in regards to the work performed However the need for me to call times in months to ask when service was going to be performed was frustrating along with the fee schedule I am requesting a $refund.Regards, [redacted] Hsu

Four Seasons requires a day cancellation notice Mr [redacted] did not provide such notice and is asking for a refund of service already provided

I am rejecting this response because:the owner of this business hung up on me and has not contacted me.  He did not complete service for the month of November.  There was never a agreement for 30 day cancellation

Our work is preformed outdoors rain and or holidays interfere with our schedule .Rain is not good for our equipment but more important not safe for our employees. on these occasions we work longer hours on the days we can work  to make sure the lawns look well maintained, we may not able to provide full service but the lawns are not neglected. Our customers understand ,regretfully Mr [redacted] does not we thank him for the short time he was our customer and feel sure he will find a service that meets his needs.
