  My complaint is not the signature, which is what I informed them before it is the swap of contracts. Jose L[redacted] said that he would sale me the car for 11,000. their was another issue on the contract concerning the accident that wasnot disclosed and not disclosing that I was required to purchased a $175.00 pkg for future repair items for my car that I was not interested in . Jose changed my car contract and took off the dealer pkg of $175.00 but he changed the purchased price of the car to $12000. with the distraction in the sales office I did not notice this. I am asking for the dealership to provide both vehicle sales info to show proof the I was deceived by the sales men

Concernig the light bulb that was out on the right headlamp. Robbins replaced left headlamp and bulb per the insurance estimate. We here at Robbins have a check list to check all dash lights and out side lights and make sure all is working before custmer picks up vehicle. Custmer picked up vehicle...

with all lights working and about a week later custmer showed up after hours and stated her right headlamp bulb is out. We informed custmer  that we would be glad to take a look at the car if she could bring  the car back duriing buisness hours. She said she would bring vehicle back. She never bought vehicle back and called about a week or two later and stated Robbins owes her $30.00 for her light buld on her right headlamp. Robbins informed the custmer that we did not replace light on the right side of vehicle there for it is not covered under waranty but we would have been glad to help her out on it if she would have bought vehicle back to us. Light bulbs go out in vehicles and the lights were working before the vehicle left there fore Robbins does not owe for the right headlamp bulb. As for the lower control arm we did not perform any work on the lower control arm. If the custmer feels that  there are additional damage do to the accident the custmer would need to contact the insurnace company that is paying the claim on that matter. We would have been glad to help her with that matter if she would have bought car back to us.

We looked into [redacted] complaint and found some discrepancy because of the per diem that accrues daily meaning our original payoff to the lender was short and during the time to complete the payoff daily interest charges occurred. We have attached the payoff sheet signed by [redacted] where she...

agreed to the payoff of $9208.09. We cut her the difference check for $7280.77 from the agreed purchase price of $16,600.00. The amount we should have paid her is $7391.91. This means we owe her an additional check for $111.14. We will have the check for pick up ready on Nov. 6th 2015. Please have her call [redacted] to make the arrangements. All supporting documents are attached. Thank you for giving us the chance to resolve this outstanding concern.

the fact that all of a sudden, they found a part and said it will be here tomorrow. I will resend the complaint when they actually have it installed on my Maxima and the car is completed to my satisfaction. Thank you so much for your help in this matter.
