This place is a dumpThey continually raise the rent, they do not keep it clean, the power went out for days and offered no discount, food coupons (you couldn't cook) or a hotel waiverThey simply said it was not their problemNow there is a generator for power for the past weeksOnly one elevator works, we can not use the gym and they put a chain link fence in front of apartments (that they charge $per month to rent) so that people do not trip on the cableYet the fence is just held up by these posts that are not put in the ground and people trip over the posts legs that stick out from itTerrible terrible place

Sailpointe is absolutely HORRIBLE! Where do I begin? When it was Marina Shores, yes the apartments needed some improvements, but the staff was GREAT with a great company backing them! Super nice, friendly & willing to help & listen whenever I had a problem. They were extremely considerate about our time, always showing up when they said they would. Rhonda is a witch w/a "B"! The only person on staff right now, willing to help at all & the only one I actually like, is Shania. Unfortunately, I think she's leaving. She was with Marina Shores before it became Sailpointe, so that should tell you something...

The was walls are SUPER thin! I've actually lived in several different apartments, over my, off and on again, 10 year stretch with this community & every single one I could hear what was going on in the next apartment and above. I can hear every single person outside and/or going up and down the stairs. The windows & doors are so drafty, it's unreal. If you decide to rent, don't be surprised when your electric bill comes in. The cockroaches and ants are the WORST! I'm a very, very clean person and cannot stand it. I have already complained and they sent an exterminator out, but just the other day, I saw two again! It probably doesn't help either with the crappy windows & doors, but what do I know. And, what is up with butchering all the trees?? They look horrible!!!

So, with all the actual things that NEED to be improved or fixed... What does this company decide to do? Let's do unecessary "renovations" a few weeks BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! I have come to the conclusion that Sailpointe has no consideration for their residents at all and the staff could care less. I have had contractors in & out of my apartment, off & on, for more than two weeks now!! And, they're never on time and three times now, they just don't show up at all when they have said they would. So, I re-schedule my time in order to compensate them, but it's okay for them to just come and go when they please. I find it funny that Sailpointe has even put into their "Notice of Unit Renovations" paperwork that if "we" cause a delay, that "we" will be fined!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!! If I hear one more time "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience", I'm going to slap someone...LOL! There's only so many times, you can say you're sorry before it doesn't mean anything anymore. The funny thing is that, these so-called "upgrades" look horrible & cheap! The new appliances are nice, however my new backsplash is crooked & it's just so horribly done that my 5 year old could have put it up better. When they cut the cabinets, in order to raise them to put the new microwave in,what a complete shoddy job. I can see this big crack coming straight down the side. The new frames around the mirrors in the bathrooms look so cheap, it's laughable. The construction company they hired to do this job is horrible or you just get what you pay for. I'll be leaving a review on their site too. As of right this second, as I'm writing this review, I am currently waiting once again for the contractors to come and finish my counter tops. They said they'd be here "FIRST THING MONDAY", and well, it's now after 12:00 p.m. and what a surprise, nobody is here!! It's funny, because Sailpointe has, of course, said that we don't need to be here during this process... But, I'm sorry, I don't know these people from a hole in the wall & I have to many Christmas gifts under my tree. When I've been here during the last phase, I lost count how many times & how many people kept going in and out of my apartment... It was ridiculous! And, no one from the management office was ever here overseeing any of these renovations, so anyone could have walked in.

On top of ALL THIS, yes there's more... Sailpointe decides to send out to all their residents a water bill for 5 MONTHS, two weeks BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!!!! My husband asked about the water bill every month when paying the rent and each time was giving an excuse, that by the way, was not our fault, nor our problem. It turns out that the excuse we were giving, was something to do with some law they didn't know about when taking over from Marina Shores. Again, not my problem! And, did I get an apology or anything...NOPE! This annoyed me the most because, I can pay it, but what about the people that can't, especially it being Christmas. Not right at all!!

In my opinion, this company & staff SUCKS and I WILL NOT be renewing my lease This is a business that highly depends on the happiness and well being of it's residents and I have not seen any of that, at all! I have been so inconvenienced so much with all these renovations, WHILE WE STILL LIVE HERE, with no consideration by Sailpointe, at all! I've been here an long time, but I do not feel like this is home anymore. It's really sad too, because this is a nice area and property, but even the location doesn't make up for all of this and definitely not worth the rent worth the rent at all! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
