I am most impressed by this business We had a large deck built that had to join the house with an existing gazebo They were right on the mark with almost no difference in level of flooring Their employees were efficient, craftsmen and their suggestions for fixes to problems that came up were professional and beautiful Mitered corners were used even on the stairsProject ran a little longer than estimated but that was due to the weather and it being an outdoor deck I would highly recommend this company because they did what they said they would do and kept the area clean

We recently had Robco resurface our old deck with their Timbertech Legacy series.
We were very happy with the process from start to finish. [redacted] was wonderful to work with. He was able to work around my husbands busy schedule in order to find a convenient time to meet with us. He helped us figure out our options and was available to answer all our questions. The crew that was sent out to do the work was top notch. The guys were friendly and worked very hard. The weather was extremely hot and humid during this time. They worked long hours to finish our project. Once the deck was finished, a clean up crew came and made sure the worksite was clean and free of any debris. I would highly recommend Robco to others!

Improper Installation of roof/flashing on screen porchRobco built a screened porch that is attached to our home. Part of the work was to put a roof on the porch which was completed, however there is now a water leak coming into the master bedroom where Robco had put in a new window. We called out two different roofing companies so they could provide a diagnostic of what the problem is. Both confirmed that the flashing between the siding of the house and new porch roof was not installed properly, causing the leak in the master bedroom. I have sent the owners of Robco two e-mails notifying them of the issue and asking how they would like to handle it and I have not received a response. In our contract, there is a 5-Year Workmanship Warranty with each project. The date of completion for this project is less than a year old. One of the roofing companies that came out to assess the problem asked who we used to install the roof and we told them Robco, the owner of this company said they have had to go in and make corrections/repairs to work that Robco had done on other projects that were not done properly.Desired SettlementSeeking for Robco to fix the roof and any other related damages (wood rot, mold etc...) caused by the improper installation. Preferred to have another company complete the work, but paid for by Robco as the work is under warranty for 5 years.More Info Received From The ConsumerI am writing to state that Robco has responded promptly and have made repairs to fix the issue. Please update complaint stating that this is no longer an issue and that Robco handled professionally. thank you
