Review: On 9/27/13 I took 4 soccer shirts to have numbers placed on the front & backs of the shirts. I asked to have a no. 53 placed on the goalie shirt. Someone had made a mistake and horribly tried to cover it up. It looks like they first put a no. 52 instead of no. 53 and tried to re-correct it. It had residue of the no. 2 underneath the no. 3 and tiny white residue all over the front of the shirt. I took the shirt back in on 9/30 & asked that the shirt be cleaned up. I went in on 10/4 only to be told it was not ready. They didn't know what kind of number was used. I told them I would be back on 10/7 to pick it up. When I went in I was told once again it was not ready & asked to see the shirt. It was ruined. Someone had removed the no. 3 and took a sharpee to try and cover up the residue that depicted the no. 2 & also used the sharpee to cover the white residue particles on the front of the shirt. There is also a 6X9 chemical stain around where the second number was. I told them I would just take the shirt & never come back. The older man who works there stated, "Sounds good to me." That is when I told them I would be contacting the Revdex.com. They did a poor job of covering up there mistake and should of called and said they would be ordering me a new shirt. I didn't receive one call from this business when this was going on. I should of known they had poor customer service because when I initially took the shirts in, the older lady questioned my judgment as to what I wanted and used sarcasm. I have done this for many years. This was my first time there and will be my last. Very unprofessional. I would not trust this company or recommend. Hope that this does not happen to others.

Company states the consumer came in and brought 2 shirts to put #'s on them. The girls in the back did it incorrectly. I offered to replace the shirt. She declined stating she needed it that day. So, I told her to bring it back later that day after it was used. She used it that day and then brought it back. I asked her if I could replace it again, but she got mad and grabbed up the shirt and and left. She said she'll never come back and won't recommend us to anyone. I offered again to buy her a replacement, but she wouldn't listen.

If she would still like a replacement, I would be glad to purchase one at our cost to send to her. If she looks on the tag on the inside of the shirt she will find a size. Let me know what size to order and where to send it to. That's the best I can do.
