Eric R*** was the service rep, they were hired to repair leak and build cricketOn 7/26/He was shown the water damage inside the house and the raised plywoodThe wet marks did not correlate to the raise plywoodHe stated that wAS the cause and wrote a contract to repairfor shingle repair and for a cricketThey were on our roof no more then 30minsAll they did was nail down plywood and replace shingles built a small cricket without removing or doing anything that the contract statedI called when the roof still leaked and he presented me with an estimated for MoreI stated why when I paid to fix the roof and its not fixI have called, left messages timesThe 6th I talked to Rick on 7-who said he would call back on 7-and he never didI have invoices availableThe area had been patched primed and painted and it continue s the soak thur and has more damageIts t
AWESOME!!!! They were very professional and we couldn't be happier!! We were impressed right from the beginning from the free estimate by satellite to the great looking finished product In fact they greatly exceeded our expectations And they were very efficient and had the job done in only daysDried in on one day (had to wait for the inspection) and finished the second dayThey handled some of our OLD house issues with ease and gave us a beautiful updated roof We are so impressed with this whole company, the office staff as well as the on the job workers; their integrity in the billing is a HUGE example of that integrity the charges were very fair and the invoice technology was very easy to use as well Yes, we highly recommend this company for your roofing needs
