I was given ***'s number through the Stroud Township.Correspondence began in late JulyShe wanted a proposal and things were in motion thru the township and herFrom the beginning, there were delays (see attached e-mails) and I had to get the demolition permit, as she failed to do soThe
township had informed me they had been trying to have the house removed for over a year and they also had delays to say the least.I got the permit on August 13, and contacted PAOne Call, as is protocolThe demolition permit was $and PAOne Call was $(receipts for both are attached)I was supposed to take the house down and haul away and pushed all involved with the project to expediteMeet gas man at job and waited over hour for her to come to open the door and let us inAfter talking with her immediately beforeShe gets there and says "do you have a hammer to get in?” We then proceed to go in and find an old gas line after she is telling me “there is no need for them to be here, there is no gas'I told her I realize but it is the way it has to be done and there had been gas there.I was ready to take the house down the following week, she delayed again, "my stuff isn't removed yet', this happened several timeThen she was saying her help didn't show upI was keeping the township informed as well and they also have record of this, as well as having me invoice for what I had done after she terminated the proposal.I charged her just form time to meet her and all the PA One Call personnel at site when requiredI should have charged another thousand dollars for all the phone time spentIfI was un-reputable, do you think Stroud Township would be recommending my company? I am rejecting this response because MrTurnbull is making statements concerning the demolition of the homeHe saw an opportunity to take advantage of a disabled womanAs per his response, his unprofessional manner, yelling and his bogus charges to me, I believe that MrTurnbull had seen an opportunity to defraud me out of my insurance proceeds with no intentions of doing the workHe did not return phone calls and the matter of his yelling at me to demand me to be at the house the day the gas company came with minutes notice knowing that I had to travel and it took minutes for me to get thereThere was no reason for me to go in my condition especially since MrTurnbull had access to get into the homeHe had already pulled some of the wood off prior to my being there My son had to come with me due to my being disabledMrTurnbull charged me for his PA One Call Annual Membership, which is his cost of being able to dig for any job he would have performed for his business, that cost was not to be charged to me, he had no real intention of doing the job. My having to leave messages with no return calls and to charge $for calls is an outrage He went on vacation instead of doing the work and then told Judy from the township that he was too busyHe even came to my house when he saw me outside telling me that he was going on vacation and would contact me when he got backHe never did Prior to him leaving on vacation he said he did not cash the check yet and since I already had to reschedule my double hip surgery I had to get the house done and due to my health issues I firmly believe that this person took advantage of my disability and my good natureI only found out of the demolition in May and I had to get several estimates so his statement that I did not get a permit, that was for the contractor to get, not me which he charged me for, as the other company paidThis is a very bad business man and his fraudulent statements towards me are nothing but a lieI had been patient and unaware of his scrupulous and now slanderous statements And this company needs to make restitution.

I got the permit on August 13, 2015 and contacted PAOne Call, as is protocol. The demolition permit was $274 and PAOne Call was $125 (receipts for both are attached). I was supposed to take the house down and haul away and pushed all involved with the project to expedite. Meet gas man at job and waited over 1 hour for her to come to open the door and let us in. After talking with her immediately before. She gets there and says "do you have a hammer to get in?” We then proceed to go in and find an old gas line after she is telling me “there is no need for them to be here, there is no gas'.
