Robert Byles Plumbing, Electric, & AC Co Inc

Our water heater failed and Robert Byles Plumbing sent out a technician on Friday, August 26th for a system evaluation and repair/replace quote. They quoted $850 to install a 30 gallon water heater. I advised them that we are on a tight budget and the technician suggested we purchase a water heater at Lowes so we could save money. I called their office and asked if we could be put on the schedule for Monday for a water heater install and the clerk said she'd have to look and see. I didn't hear back from them Monday morning, so I called and asked what time we were scheduled and was told by the clerk the install wasn't scheduled. I asked WHEN would the install be scheduled and the clerk said she would have to check. The clerk called back and said it would NEVER be scheduled and refused to give a reason. I had to contact a rival plumber to install the water heater. Robert Byles Plumbing was the worst plumbing business I've EVER dealt with. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.
