Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: For an organization not to be involved with Peggy and the Victorian Studio Apartment, they surely have a ton of information.
I was advised by the Revdex.com to request assistance from the Washington State Attorneys Office and I plan to do exactly that.
I did not rent the studio apartment because after Peggy and associate had (stolen) my money, she advised me on the phone that I would lose the apartment if I did not get through Snoqualmie Pass by 5pm, I knew that I would not, I was driving from Colorado. She explained that she needed the entire amount by 5pm.
Lesson learned. I will never ever give an apartment complex in the State of Washington a deposit by debit card ever again.
Peggy is a thief, simple and plain. I am an Army Veteran that will take my theft complaint of theft to the State Attorneys Office where it clearly belongs. Sincerely,*** ***

On December 9th I was still requesting information regarding paystubs being received by Peggy *** - Legacy Apartments at the address that she stated on the emails. That Victorian was what I was paying for.
Peggy gave me the address listed below. The lease specified I would forfeit $400.00, not the entire $600.00. I would like the money back now. I am an Army Veteran and you have no right to steal from anyone let alone a Veteran. I have no problem reporting Peggy a member of Legacy Apartments with theft
I wonder how many others she has done this to. How many Military Veterans and Families? Peggy is a thief, simple and plain.

I am responding in regards to the complaint ID # [redacted] by [redacted] regarding Robert D C[redacted] and Robert Campbell & Associates #4 LLC (The Olympic Apartments) at [redacted], Tacoma, WA 98402. Robert D...

C[redacted] and Robert Campbell & Associates #4 LLC (The Olympic Apartments) is located at [redacted], Tacoma WA 98402. The rental address for the complaint is not The Olympic Apartments, Robert Campbell & Associates #4 or The Park Tower Apartments. The address is for The Victorian Apartments, owned by E. H[redacted], located at [redacted] Tacoma, WA 98402 which would be who she should make her complaint.
[redacted] stated, "Since I never rented the corporate (Park Tower) apartment located at: [redacted] Tacoma, WA 98402 - I would like the $600.00 back that I paid. Peggy offered no services for the $600.00."
Time Line:

applied on line on 12-7-15 at 3:24 pm through Moco Inc for her credit application. 
On the same date, 12-7-15, she called in with her credit card  #[redacted], to reserve the apartment and take it off the market with a $600 deposit on Victorian #S.
On 12-8-15, Ms. [redacted] faxed back her signed Deposit Sheet For Rental agreeing to the terms of the rental to move in on 12-11-15 when the first month's full rent of $1350 would be due upon move in.
On 12-14-15 at 10:32 AM,  Ms [redacted] called Ms. [redacted] in regards to her move-in. It is at that point, Ms. [redacted] notified Ms. [redacted] she would not be moving in and decided to stay at an Extended Stay.
Ms. [redacted] signed a Deposit Sheet For Rental on 12-7-15 stating she would be renting at The Victorian House at [redacted], Tacoma, WA 98402 starting on 12-11-2015 on a month to month agreement ending on 1-31-16 (See Attached). This Deposit Sheet For Rental clearly states, "If applicant withdraws application prior to execution of Lease, this deposit will be forfeited unless written cancellation is received within 24 hours from this date...(12-7-15).
"  Ms. [redacted] signed the deposit receipt on 12-7-15 and was scheduled to move-in on 12-11-15
. The apartment was taken off the market in good faith to hold it for her until she moved in
On 12-14-15 at  10:32 AM
Ms. [redacted] called her regarding her move-in time.  During the phone conversation Ms. [redacted] stated she decided to move to an Extended Stay this was two days after her scheduled move in date.
Until that phone conversation, the apartment was taken off the market in good faith and was not available for any once else to rent.
This complaint has nothing to do with Robert D C[redacted] or Robert Campbell & Associates No 4 LLC.

I would state very clearly that there were no funds "stolen"...  Attached you will find the Deposit Sheet for Rental signed and faxed on 12-8-15 by Ms. [redacted] agreeing to the terms, deposit, and rental rate for apartment [redacted], Tacoma, WA 98402. The apartment was taken off the market in good faith and was secured by a holding deposit that became non-refundable after 24 hours. At this point the apartment was not available for anyone else to rent.  It was not until 3 days after Ms. [redacted]'s scheduled move in date that she notified us that she would not be moving in. It took a call generated by Ms. [redacted] to get that information. 
Ms. [redacted] could move in any day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm except for Sunday's when the office is closed. If she was not able to get to the office by 5:00 pm on 12-11-15 or 12-14-15, she would have been able to move in the next day 12-15-15 or any day after that at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Victorian Apartments would much rather have a resident in apartment #S and would have no reason to want to turn a renter away.
Finally, the complaint should be made with the Victorian Apartments at [redacted], Tacoma, WA 98402 and not [redacted], Tacoma, WA 98402 with very different owners with no association with the Victorian.
