She was informed that we give no refunds or charge creditsIt also says that on the wall of our store and on her receiptsThe sales associate also told her she is permitted to exchange within ten days of this sale.After the ten days, *** reappeared and demanded another chainSo, we went out of our way and special ordered her another chain and called her when it came inThis customer did not have the decency or common courtesy to return our calls or come in. Then last week she reappearedBecause *** found a chain a little cheaper at a kioski in the middle of the mail she no longer wanted the special order necklaceShe was rude, demanding and threatening.We at Robert Cox Jewelry bend over backwards to meet the needs of our customersWe have been in this business since 1984! The sales associate never explained anything to me prior to my purchased or else I shouldn't have bought it at all. Everything that Mr. Cox  stated in his response are big lies. Anyway, he can keep the cheap 24" 10k gold chain for himself to keep or sell again for a triple price to make him more richer. What a lying Mr. Cox. I remember only trying 2 different Chains after I bought the this ugly chain, not 15 according to him. There is nothing in this receipt that says no refund or exchange within ten days. So, Mr. Cox I wish you more blessings and good luck for more years in the business. I have come to a conclusion that I can not fight city hall. With your glittering diamonds, I know you are able to cover for every mistakes that you had made.
