Took my car for a general brake/alignment concern and came out worse than when I took it for the services I went to get my car serviced with an alignment and asked for them to check my car since it had been shaking; thinking it could be the brakesThey said they could fix the rotors for the shakingNext day I took it to work and when coming back home, the front brakes felt as if they were locked and the car felt forcedGetting home, I hear noises as if something was about to break along with a smell, as if something was burningWent to the front right tire and it was releasing a lot of heatThe brake seemed to be stuck and was rubbing against something, this was not a problem before I took it to Lakewood AutomotiveI took it back today and wanted to charge me another $on top of the $I had already payed for the previous services

My vehicle has been in this shop since 11/01/Either fix it right, if they are capable, or return it to me immediatelyI don't their work now
After talking to employee Mike Rogers on 10/27/and explaining what the problem was, which was a blown head gasket, I had my vehicle towed to this business for repairs on 11/01/After a few days Mike Rogers told me that the engine was locked and that he should be able to unlock itFinally he told me that he couldn't unlock it and that I would have to buy an engineThis was told to me about three weeks laterI purchased an engine 0n 12/02/and it was delivered on 12/04/About two weeks later Mike tells me that the radiator line was broken and that I would have to buy another radiatorI told Mike that the radiator line was not broken when I brought my vehicle there and he said that the mechanic said that the radiator line was already broken and I strongly disagreed, because I knew that wasn't true because it shouldn't

I would never do business with these people again and I would highly recommend that no one else should either They do extremely poor work, their operation is highly un-proffesional and their communications with the customer is lacking at bestIf you get work done here you will be back for the same repair a short time later You will have as good a chance with a shade tree mechanic as you will have here Unfortunately, I tried it twice and got burned both times Should have known better, don't make my mistake

I sent my car here by tow truck they stole my car battery stole the part to the end of the line that secure the the connection to the battery.they had my car sitting up for weeks and did not fix anything on it and I had to pay the tow truck to get it back not before buying a battery from them plus they charged menfor a repair they did not do.im a year old retiree on a fixed income and my husband is deceased so I was along so they took advantage of me

Service was provided to fix oil leaks and replace a timing beltAfter attempts, what was paid did not fix the issues
Took the vehicle to a different mechanic, spent to fix the issues that Lakewood automotive should have fixed on top of replacing items that were damaged after Lakewood touched my vehicleTiming was off after Lakewood worked on my vehicle which in return made me incur more charges to fix what they messed upUltimately, I would like a full refund from when my vehicle was in their care in June/

After repairing my suv, I noticed damages on my suv
On Monday,February 15, I took my Chevy Trailblazer to Lakewood Automotive, because my suv wouldn't start, even though I has replaced the battery less then months.I was assured that Mike would call me the same day with the diagnosis.Never did I called him that afternoon he said he's not sure he will call me Tuesday morningNever didDuring my lunch hour I called Mike,he said it was a bad fuse panel relay and ignition switch and it would be ready WednesdayWhen I got there on the 17th Mike assured me everything was fixed so I took him at his word and paid the bill.$492.06,Invoice#XXXXX with my credit cardWhen I went to start my suv,it had a delay, made a weird sound and never did startI went and told MikeHe got the mechanic, and the mechanic tried to say it was the battery but everything was working just not starting. When I called Friday Mike said they replaced the ignition switch again and the mechanic had to check out
